7 days after all the much needed information about your business model, we will do a presentation on the tools that will be provided to optimize your company, how and the timeline in which will be implemented, what results are we in to get with this journey.

Sales Seminars

It's time to introduce and train your team in the execution of the sales program that will lead them in the proccess of Growth, for both them and your business. There are two key seminars along with other tools provided by us that will help them understand and incorporate the whole program. First one is only the know how, the second seminar is purly practice. These take place in the timeline provided by your company, after the 21 and 7 days to build your program, we are ready when you say.

Coaching Sessions and Measurement

After the first seminar, which will set all the rules of the game, we are ready to begin doing one on one sessions with your team. In the first 3 months of this practice, you won't recognize them, we mean it for the better! Coaching sessions are related to the measurment since is one of the elements used during the feedback when it applies.

Who can execute this support

Answer is easy, we have a top 3 options on how you receive this transformational service:

  • Recommended is to do it 100% with a GRM certified sales coach or advisor, here is why: we will make sure all recommended programs and technics are met to our standar of delivering results.
  • Hire a Performance Manager that works directly in your payrol: this options means bringing somebody in, other than your sales manager, this person doesn't need to have experience in coaching or how to give business advice; it need to be somebody with key elements the personality of a leader is supossed to have, we build the rest by teaching this person everything he/she needs to know. Recomended with no previous background on your type of business itself to avoid pre-judgement. Time frame to have this person ready may vary. Recomended also that we participate in the selection proccess.
  • Your Sales Manager: the proccess to teach your sales manager may vary for the longer than the previous option, this because since we are talking about a manager on duty may not have as much time to dedicate to learning this process, but we adjust and do our best. To take this road, you need to be sure this manager is somebody willing to not pre-judge and change his/her mindset when it comes to approach the team. Also much of his/her duties should be delegated to a supervisor in order to be able to mix with the new activities.
